The Inner West Club Grants Committee welcomes submissions from local community groups for Category 1 projects.  

Category 1 funding is specifically for local projects and/or services that contribute to the welfare and broader social fabric of the local community and are aimed at improving the living standards of low income and disadvantaged communities.    

The local priorities for 2026 are:  

• Addressing domestic and family violence against women and children

• Aboriginal Reconciliation and wellbeing

• Gender equity

• Participation from multicultural communities

• Anti-Racism and discrimination

• Health, wellbeing, and engagement for young people

• Financial literacy for women

• Homelessness and rough sleeping

How to apply for Category 1 funding?  

• Read the ClubGRANTS funding guidelines available at: www.clubgrants.com.au/how-to-apply

• Read the Inner West ClubGRANTS Local Priorities listed above

• Create an account and apply online at: www.clubgrants.com.au

• Register and select the (LGA) Round. You only need to apply once as the application will be reviewed by all clubs within the (LGA) Local Committee.   

All applications are to be completed through ClubGRANTS Online.
