Please ensure your project is Category 1 eligible before applying for this In-Kind grant. If not, please use the Category 2 In-Kind form.

Eligible Category 1 In-Kind is allocated by clubs to organisations that contribute to the welfare and broader social fabric of the local community, including:

• Community welfare and social services
• Community development
• Community health services
• Employment assistance activities

Complete this form if your request is for Discounted or Waiver of Room Hire Fee during 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2027. This support is for organisations within the Blacktown local area as per the Category 1 In-Kind ClubGRANTS.

Note: Catering costs are not available for subsidy through our ClubGRANTS program.

NOTE: This grant round applies to Castle Hill RSL Club Category 1 in-kind support ONLY (not cash grants) from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2027

Discount will be advised after approval from the CHRG Board of Directors.

1. Projects must be community-focused, with measurable deliverables to residents of the local council areas where we operate, the Hills Shire Council.
2. Projects must address at least one of our CSR values and philosophies - refer to our website for more information: https://www.chrg.com.au/clubgrants/ and;
3. Address CHRG's identified local community Category 1 priorities:
   - Health & Wellbeing
   - Education - Specialised services for Vulnerable groups
   - Inclusion & Cohesion
   - Youth Development & Engagement

In-Kind Support includes:

Complimentary or discounted room hire 

Complimentary or discounted facility use (i.e. Castle Hill Fitness and Aquatic Centre) 

Catering and AV costs are not available for subsidy through our ClubGRANTS program

These projects encompass Community Welfare & Social Services, Community Development, Community Health Services and Employment Assistance Activities. 

2027 - Dural Club ClubGRANTS - Category 1 – InKind

2027 - Parramatta Leagues ClubGRANTS - Category 1 – InKind

Category 1 non cash funding such as free room hire or donations.

Category 1 funding is specifically for local projects and/or services that contribute to the welfare and broader social fabric of the local community and are aimed at improving the living standards of low income and disadvantaged communities.

These projects encompass projects within:

• Community Welfare & Social Services
• Community Development
• Community Health Services
• Employment Assistance Activities

TIP: Apply for this category to receive an in-kind donation (eg. waived room hire, signed Bulldogs jersey, Canterbury gift cards) to your Category 1 project or fundraiser.

Requests will be considered at the monthly Board meeting and recipients will be notified of the outcome. Due to a limited funding pool, unfortunately not all requests will be successful. 

Goulburn Soldiers Club Grant Round for Category 1 Applicants - Community welfare and social services, community development, health services, employment assistance activities and other projects aimed at improving the living standards of low income and disadvantaged people.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR CATEGORY 1 IN KIND FUNDING

NOTE: This grant round applies to The Greens The Entrance for in-kind support ONLY (not cash grants).

1. The Clubs' vision is to make a significant contribution to the quality of community life.
2. Projects must be community-focused, with measurable deliverables to residents of the local council areas where we operate - the Central Coast Council.
3. Category 1 projects relate to  
   1. Health & Wellbeing
   2. Support for Vulnerable & Disadvantaged groups
   3. Inclusion & Cohesion
   4. Youth Development & Engagement

In-Kind Support includes

1. Complimentary or discounted room hire for Category 2 projects/events
2. Catering and AV costs

OVERVIEW OF THE PROCESS

1. Please liaise with our Events Department regarding availability and requirements prior to submitting a ClubGRANTS application via email at jbygroves@thegreenstheentrance.com.au or call the The Greens The Entrance Office 02 4327 3000
2. All applications are reviewed on a monthly basis.  Please allow for at least 6 weeks after submitting to receive notification of a final decision.
3. Applications must be completed a minimum of 6-weeks prior to your project start date to allow for approvals.
