Applicants

The Category 1 ClubGRANTS application form is designed to capture key information about your organisation, project, and the intended community outcomes. This funding round supports initiatives that deliver meaningful benefits to the Murray River Council community, particularly for disadvantaged or vulnerable groups.

Applications must clearly demonstrate how the proposed project aligns with Category 1 eligibility requirements and addresses one or more of the FY27 priority areas, including community development, community welfare and social services, community health, employment assistance, emergency services, eligible natural disasters, and domestic violence services.

Applicants will be required to outline project objectives, activities, expected outcomes, target groups, budget details, and how the project will deliver measurable community benefit. Supporting documentation may be requested to assist in the assessment process.

Funding is intended for projects that are achievable, provide value for money, and contribute positively to community wellbeing, participation, and resilience. Priority will be given to applications that address identified local needs and demonstrate strong community impact.
