Category 1 expenditure relates to projects and/or services that contribute to the welfare and broader social fabric of the local community, particularly those aimed at improving the living standards of low-income and disadvantaged people. Eligible initiatives include community welfare and social services, community development, community health services, and employment assistance activities. These may include, but are not limited to:
Projects that align with these areas and demonstrate a clear benefit to disadvantaged individuals or the wider community may be considered eligible for Category 1 funding. |
