A drop-down selection in the application will ask you to tick the preferred Mounties Group venue. Please ensure you tick the venue in the LGA your project will be supporting.
Applications must be completed between 8-10 weeks prior to your project start date to allow sufficient time for consideration at the Board of Directors Meeting. Please don't past date your project start date. An acquittal/funding report must be completed after your funds have been expended on your project. Failing to do so will jeopardise future funding. Details will be sent to you via the approval email. If applicable, kindly disclose any conflict of interest you may have with the Club. |
