The Epping Club is part of the Parramatta Local Government Area and provide funding support within this area and the surrounding 5-kilometer radius of the Epping district.

This application is for In-Kind Grants 

In-kind support includes the donations of goods or services that you may receive towards a project. Often, an organisation or group contributes to a project with their own resources, which may reduce the amount of actual dollars needed. But this doesn’t deny the fact that these contributions would had to have been paid for if these donations didn’t exist.

The Epping Club generally provides in-kind grants for room hire and audio-visual equipment.

NOTE: This grant round applies to Castle Hill RSL Club Category 1 in-kind support ONLY (not cash grants) from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2027

Discount will be advised after approval from the CHRG Board of Directors.

1. Projects must be community-focused, with measurable deliverables to residents of the local council areas where we operate, the Hills Shire Council.
2. Projects must address at least one of our CSR values and philosophies - refer to our website for more information: https://www.chrg.com.au/clubgrants/ and;
3. Address CHRG's identified local community Category 1 priorities:
   - Health & Wellbeing
   - Education - Specialised services for Vulnerable groups

1. The Clubs' vision is to make a significant contribution to the quality of community life.
2. Projects must be community-focused, with measurable deliverables to residents of the local council areas where we operate - the Central Coast Council.
3. Category 1 projects relate to  
   1. Health & Wellbeing
   2. Support for Vulnerable & Disadvantaged groups
   3. Inclusion & Cohesion
   4. Youth Development & Engagement

1. Complimentary or discounted room hire for Category 2 projects/events

OVERVIEW OF THE PROCESS

2. All applications are reviewed on a monthly basis.  Please allow for at least 6 weeks after submitting to receive notification of a final decision.
3. Applications must be completed a minimum of 6-weeks prior to your project start date to allow for approvals.
