ClubGRANTS Category 2 funding Room Hire / In Kind is in-kind support provided by Club Singleton for general local community development, sport, and recreational projects.

Please detail any request for In-kind donations for the 2027 ClubGRANTS Funding year. 

This includes In-Kind requests for waived room hire for meetings, functions & events. Please note any functions requested is for the calendar year- January- December 2027.

Please ensure to detail all projected functions activity for January- December 2027 including monthly meetings, AGM’s and function events. Please make sure you are adding dates for all activities that are to be held at Gosford RSL Club, please don’t place dates for functions that have not been confirmed by your organisation’s committee. You will be sent separate correspondence in regard to your function bookings as rooms are subject to availability.

This application is used for requesting Waiver of room hire at the Club for meetings and events and for requesting donations of raffle prizes etc for fundraising.

Cessnock Leagues Club is proud to provide in-kind support for charities, not-for-profit organisations and community groups who use our function centre and meeting rooms. Organisations who are using these facilities are invited to apply for room hire waiver/discount through our Community Event Support Fund.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR CATEGORY 2 IN KIND FUNDING

NOTE: This grant round applies to The Greens The Entrance for in-kind support ONLY (not cash grants).

1. Projects must be community-focused, with measurable deliverables to residents of the local council areas where we operate - the Central Coast Council.
2. Category 2 projects relate to  
   1. local grassroots sport,
   2. local cultural and art-based projects,
   3. general education and community development.

In-Kind Support includes

1. Complimentary or discounted room hire for Category 2 projects/events
2. Catering and AV costs

OVERVIEW OF THE PROCESS

1. All applications are reviewed on a monthly basis.  Please allow for at least 6 weeks after submitting to receive notification of a final decision.
2. Applications must be completed a minimum of 6-weeks prior to your project start date to allow for approvals.

No cash payment in the round

For donations such as waived or reduced room hire fees and prize donations

Category 2 - In-Kind funding refers to non-cash contributions, including room-hire, club vouchers, Local Area Sporting Presentation Nights or Bare Foot Bowls for local Sporting Groups. 

Open to community and sporting groups, and not-for-profit organisations running programs or events that benefit the local community.
