When filling out the membership information later in the application process you can either have this in a word doc or table or excel spreadsheet to upload into the field provided OR type the information into the alternate answer box provided. If you are uploading you will need to type something like "Have uploaded member info in the upload section" or something so the field has some type of entry in it as it has been marked compulsory. |

This application is used for requesting Waiver of room hire at the Club for meetings and events and for requesting donations of raffle prizes etc for fundraising. |
